The VAT3 tool will read all invoices, credit notes, bills, journals, payments in a given date range. It will then prepare a VAT3 report detailing the breakdown of the taxes, and generate a VAT3.xml file output.

Parolla Tools operates on a pay per use model. You can register for free trial tokens take a look at the different application tools.
Enter your email address in the pricing page and generate your access token.
We will send you a token code and free trial credits. The code is stored in your browser and when ever you required more credits you can top up via Sripe.
Run any feature in Parolla Tools. If it requires a Xero connection then we will redirect you to the Xero login authentication and authorisation pages
Choose the company that you want to work on, and Xero will return you to Parolla.
A Xero connection will last for 30 minutes, at which point you can re-authenticated.
If you need to change companies, then simply disconnect the current company and connect to a new one.
Your current company is always displayed in the navigation bar.
